DATA ENTRY ASSISTANT

Job description:

To provide specialized records management and policy support to a large-scale project ensuring ministry compliance with provincial legislation. 

  • Review of  regulatory reports for accuracy and data policy compliance. 
  • Apply data entry skills to transfer data from one system  location to another accurately and efficiently. 
  • Data review and tracking, using digital software tools-word and excel to consistently tag records according to client's directives. 
  • Quickly and accurately coordinate within team of staff to ensure that larger scale project outcomes are executed in desired timelines. 
  • Comply with  directed file security and data integrity policies. 
  • Parallel  data copy, transfer and verification process in French, ensuring compliance and accuracy. 
  • Other related data entry and analytics responsibilities as required. 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Expert level skills in MS Word and Excel tools
  • Strong typing, data entry and accuracy skills to effectively work with a large volume of information and minimal data entry oversight.  
  • Certification of AODA and OHSA  course will be an asset
